I manage your Search campaigns and send a monthly report on spend, tracked purchases and revenue, with the next month's plan.
Starting at $5,000 a month or 10% of managed ad spend, whichever is higher. The first month of management is free. We sign terms covering its scope and dates before work starts, with no commitment to paid management. Paid management starts only if you choose to continue and sign the paid terms, from $5,000 a month or 10% of managed ad spend, whichever is higher. It then renews monthly and can be ended with 30 days' written notice. Google bills ad spend separately throughout.

Google's actual advertising charges for the campaigns I manage during the management period being invoiced. It excludes campaigns I do not manage, taxes and my management fee. Allocated or unused budget is not spend.

Nothing is payable on signing. The first management invoice follows your first completed paid month, and later invoices follow each completed month. Invoices are due when issued. Management work stops if payment remains outstanding seven business days after the invoice date. Paid management renews monthly with 30 days' written notice to end it. Payment is by invoice with no automatic charges.
No. I manage Google Search campaigns only. If your store needs Shopping or Performance Max management, that work is outside this offer.
Your campaigns and data stay in your Google Ads account. You keep ownership and can remove my access at any time. Removing access does not cancel fees already due or replace the agreed cancellation notice.
The audit is free and read-only. Share your store URL and your Google Ads customer ID if available. I request access through Google Ads, review Search campaigns when present and assess whether Search management is a fit for your store, then email my findings.
I choose the bidding approach based on the account, available purchase data and campaign goals, then review it against orders and order value.
I review the existing product and category pages used by your Search campaigns. New landing pages, store development and checkout changes are outside Google Ads management, including the free month.
