I'm Alexandros Kourmoulakis. I do the development, Google Ads management and SEO work myself. You work directly with me. I work from Greece through Recovery Path Holdings LLC. Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your email address, website and message. Google Ads inquiries can also include the products you sell, your Google Ads customer ID and monthly Google Search ad spend range. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address and booking details on our behalf.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and identifiers stored in cookies. Campaign labels and the page you first visited are kept for your browser session and included with a form inquiry.

Information from Google Ads accounts. If you ask us to review or manage your Google Ads account, we access account data only with the permission you grant in Google Ads.

• To respond to inquiries and schedule calls.
• To review accounts and websites you share with us, and to provide the services you engage us for.
• To measure how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure our own advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
• To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

The following services set cookies or collect information from your browser.

• Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.
• Google Ads, to measure our ads and to show our ads to past visitors on other sites (remarketing).
• Google reCAPTCHA, to check that form submissions come from people. reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work without them.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share it only as described below.

• Service providers that run the site and our business include Vercel (hosting), Google (email, analytics, reCAPTCHA and advertising) and Cal.com (scheduling). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Google Ads cookies on the site allow Google to show our ads to past visitors. Under some state laws, including California, this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising". You can opt out as described below.
• We may share information when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, users or others.
• Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and advertising cookies are not used for your browser.
• Manage Google ad personalization at My Ad Center.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Send an opt-out request to akvrmvlakis@gmail.com.

Browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no common standard for responding to it, so the site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control.

Depending on the state you live in, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the following rights.

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and access a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete personal information we hold about you.
• Receive your personal information in a portable format.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the site.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email akvrmvlakis@gmail.com or call (307) 414-1473, and give us the email address you used with us. We verify requests by confirming control of that email address. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide your signed permission. We respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by 45 days where the law allows, with notice.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We respond to appeals within the time required by your state's law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

In the past 12 months we collected identifiers (such as email address and IP address), commercial information (such as ad spend range and products or services offered), internet activity (such as pages viewed) and approximate geolocation, from you directly and from your browser. We used them for the purposes listed above and disclosed them to the service providers listed above. Identifiers and internet activity may be shared with Google for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.

Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond, provide services and keep business records, and are then deleted. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. IP addresses used to limit form submissions are held in memory for up to one hour.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
